Yes, more so than many other breeds. As mature dogs, many are not as playful as puppies, but most are usually very tolerant of children. Many will walk away from a bothersome child rather than growling or snapping. However, all dogs have their limits and your greyhound should not be expected to contend with an unruly child. If your child has a tendency to aggravate pets you should postpone adoption until the child is older.
